Nova began in the early 60’s as a husband & wife operation in a garage of a suburban New Jersey neighborhood. Its first piece of equipment consisted of a machine put together from bits & pieces of discarded Brown & Sharpe parts. Since then, Nova has grown into a state of the art manufacturing facility that has a reputation for quality with it’s varied customer base. Incorporated in 1972, Nova is still family owned & operated, specializing in the manufacture of close tolerance, high quality, precision turned & machined components fabricated primarily from metal or plastic bar stock. GREEN THINKING:
Nova cares about the environment and does whatever it can to contribute to fresher air and a cleaner earth. Dust/particle collectors are used on most equipment to protect the air. All parts are washed in an ultrasonic cleaning system that separates oil, chips and dirt from waste water and are then recycled. All oil and material scrap are recycled as is most cardboard, paper, plastic, metal, glass & packaging materials.
